Grandma at a family BBQ ...
It's been 10 years since you passed away....you are on our minds often.... I still remember our last conversation like it was yesterday.... we were talking about our Easter plans....and the last words we spoke were "I love you".....
Gone but not forgotten....
I love and miss you dearly Grandma!
Until we meet again...

ReplyDeleteHave you been watching AI? Man...I'm really digging Allison and Matt Giraud. They both sing sooo good! Anoop just cracks me up...his rendition of "beat it," had me literally laughing my butt off!
Talk to you soon!
and I do believe we will all meet again.. my thoughts are with you Terri... I know how hard it can be.

ReplyDeleteYa Know I'm missing my loved ones also.
That song makes me wanna cry. :(
ReplyDeleteTERRI!! Oh dear, I have a tear in my eye... such a wonderful entry. Then I heard the song and I am running for tissues. I miss my gramma too... she isn't gone to heaven yet but she's in a nursing home in Ohio and it is hard to visit but a few times per year. Your header is fantastic Terri!

Grandmas are so special. Nothin can replace them. Time just flies. The memories come though. I know I cherish mine and it looks like you do too. My Grandma died in 1997 and it still amazes me that she is not around. Like you, I know someday we will meet again.
ReplyDeleteHi Terri, a beautiful tribute. You may want to click on my blog on the second entry I made today. I hope what I did by posting this may save some one else the hassle, let alone the toll it takes on the nervous system. Lucy
ReplyDeleteYou right the best 'in memory' entries. It's easy to see how important these people are to you...
ReplyDeleteYou're such a good person! Please come to Louisville next year! :)
Thoughts and prayers...

ReplyDeleteYou take it easy doll.
I tried to leave you a comment the other day after we emailed...but it doesn't look like it went through. :( I had the same problem yesterday, I think it's my phone reception.
Just stopped in to say hi and hope things are going well with you. Lucy
ReplyDeleteBless your grandma, in april it will be 12 years for my first grandparent loss. I also LOVE Reba, what a great song!

ReplyDeleteI truly believe that whoever says that 'time heals all' is so wrong. I'm sorry for the loss of your Grandma, I know how much she meant to you.
Take good care.
