CMT : News : CMT Insider: Keith Urban Unveils Country Concert of the Year
A couple days ago I got a Lady Antebellum newsletter in my email...and couldn't believe my eyes....it said:
Keith Urban surprised concert goers tonight at his Nashville, TN Escape Together tour date by announcing that he would be returning to the Sommet Center on Tuesday, October 13, 2009, for a special benefit show. "We’re All For The Hall" will be a unique concert, with all proceeds benefiting the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum. Keith will be joined by Lady Antebellum, as well as many more special friends and collaborators including Vince Gill, Faith Hill, Jason Aldean, Little Big Town, and additional surprise guests, to present a one-of-a-kind evening of music and camaraderie.

sounds good and for a great cause! i may not be a big country music fan but i can definitely appreciate the influence country has had on other types of music in many other genres.

HAHAHA @ John & Jack's comments. Don't feel bad about going on my birthday, it's just another day. Just go and enjoy the concert with your inlaw's and you're right, it wouldn't be something I'd enjoy.

Mom
Wow..that's an amazing line up!
ReplyDeleteI sure do hope y'all have fun..I'm sure you will :)
Woohoo is right girl!! A lineup like that for that ticket price!! Unbelievable. Last concert here was , Willie Nelson, John Cougar & Bob Dylan (odd mix don't you think?) and I think the min. ticket price was $105.00. We could have gone, but I wasn't paying that. This town is infamous for their outragous ticket prices. Same way with sport tickets. We used to be college FB season ticket holders and they started all these renovations to the stadium and started tacking on all these fees to be season ticket holders and the tickets we had weren't all that good so we quit buying them. Most of the games are on TV anyway and I don't have to walk up 5 or 10 flights of stairs. LMAOI know you'll have a blast.
