Concert, Goin to the lake..and more concerts... =)

Hey everyone!

Gosh has this been a long...grooling week!

Work has been stressful, making me want to pull my hair out...and i will leave it at that!

So yeah...i said i was going to update monday and that never happend...seems i could not for the life of me find the time or energy to update this week...

I guess i really am getting old, can hardly even hang with the big dawgs anymore...late nights are a killer for me anymore it seems..lol   So it took me a full week to recover from last weekends concert...sad huh...rofl  

It was soooo much fun, we had a blast...it was the loudest concert i have ever been to...and i was lovin every minute of it..the loudness...the pyrowhatchamacallits(fireworks)..is what i call em'  is it pyrotechs..?  Gosh i am really makin myself look like a dumbass here...lol well anyways they were awesome  you could feel the heat come off them...it was so exciting being on the floor...but wth?? they had chairs on the floor at a rock concert..who the hell is gonna sit..?  I saw no one on the floor sitting...they've got to be kiddin me! Speakin of people sitting down...the lead singer for Godsmack(so HOT)...somethin about him...i guess his badboy image..and that lil patch of hair on his chin...so sexy...wish i had a pic to show ya'll...but anyways...he stopped the show and said older folks and children cover your ears...he said "I try not to cuss at my concerts i really do..but here it goes...Your not at home on your effin couches...so GET THE "F" UP OR GET THE "F" OUT....roflmao!  He was having the camera men point out people sitting down in the audience...telling them to get up...he was like i can see each and everyone of you(the stadium isn't huge) holds prolly 10,000-15,000 peeps or so...he said i think everyone is up now except for the guy up there in the blue shirt...Are you drunk.??  he said...haha  I wish u could have seen this guys face...it was hilarious...he was all leaning on his knees sitting down with a look on his face like he was gonna hurl!  So his buddies hit him on the shoulder to let him know the lead singer was talkin about him and he stood up with his hands in the air and started hoopin and hollarin...and everyone started yellin...it was hilarious!!!  after everyone was on their feet the concert proceeded... =)

They had a dual drum solo...with the lead singer being on one set...OMG it was amazing!  That was one of the best parts of the show...he would throw the drumsticks way up in the air and catch them and never miss a beat....the drum sets would move and rotate...it was freakin awesome!!!! 

So yeah..I am going ass backwards here forgive me...lol   I drank Bahama Mamas before the show...Orange/Pineapple Parrot Bays on the way there....and also Berry sumthin Parrot Bays...we partied in the parking lot before we went in...then once inside i drank a couple budlights..which were freakin $5.50 each...what a rip off...but they know people will buy it...i bought my coworker 2 budlights for his bday(today) at the concert...we all went with his sister..she was our DD  and then i drank a huge strawberry frozen margarita it was 10 bucks...  So Breaking Benjamin was awesome...love love love them...I would go see BB or Godsmack again they were both that good...so during the intermission...we were in the halls goin to the restroom gettin more drinks and just bullshittin...and all of a sudden half way through my margarita...the room started gettin fuzzy..and i got hot all a sudden...and the room was sorta spinnin...i thought ohhhh noooo not here...pleaseeee!  I couldn't even think twice...i handed my drink to my friend and i said get this outta my face....i am fixin to get sick...and he was like no damn way Godsmack hasn't even performed yet...and i made a mad dash to the restroom....ROFL   I barely and i mean barely made it....his sister was outside of the stall saying...Terri are you alright..?   Not really i felt like i was dying...lol...but i said oh yeah...i almost got it all out..haha  Seriously i did feel better afterwards...so i came out of the stall with a smile on my facing laughing..and she said it's okay..  So i came out of the restroom and my coworker said...Shit , you were serious u are white as a ghost...lol   He said i always heard once you get sick from drinking....drinking more cures it...i said i don't even think so...lol   I had already drank 11....so i was over my limit...or so my tummy told me so... =)~

So i said c'mon Godsmack is fixin to come out....let's party!   Like a trooper =) I was

It was the best rock concert i have been to as of yet....so...what else do i need to update on...sorry this is such a long entry...but it's been awhile...get a drink and put ya feet up..k

Jeff and I are goin to see POCO and Firefall on December 16th...I dunno who POCO is...if ya'll do...fill me in...but Firefall i loveeee...they are a 70's band i believe...they sing "Just remember i love you, and it'll be alright"...and "You are the woman that i always dreamed of, i knew it from the start"    I loveeee them!  Now someone help me, who the hell is POCO...lol

Then...I am taking my cousins Chelsey and Ashley who will both be 16 in January and July....to see Jason Aldean  he sings "Why"..."Amarillo Sky"...and "Hicktown"  This is going to be their first concert...they are so excited....i told them this is their christmas and 16th birthday present from me......it should be fun!  One of my friends and coworker Beth is going with us too. That concert is Feb 3rd...I bought the tickets today...we got front row and center ...I will get some good pics!

Jeff is on his way home from work...when he gets home we are packin...and taking Beau to his MawMaw's(Jeff's mom)...she is keeping him for us...and we are headin to Kentucky Lake....My BIL and SIL bought a 37ft. boat...and it has 2 bedrooms and baths on it..and asked us to come stay with them...they got a sitter for the kids...so it will just be them and us...Good times! It's gonna be a sunny weekend...cool  but we will manage...hoping we can take the boat out on the lake...and i can get some good pics...even if i am having to wear my wintercoat...lol   Good thing about this boat is...if u get cold...you can go down in the cabin part...and get all toasty again.  I am excited.....it should be fun.
