I am soooooooooooooo excited!!!!!
I just ordered tickets for Jeff and I to attend Kenny Chesneys Corona Extra Sun City Carnival Tour 2009!!!!
With special guests....
- Sugarland
- Montgomery Gentry
- Miranda Lambert
- Lady Antebellum
This will be my 4th time seeing Kenny Chesney in concert...he is amazing....it will be my 2nd time seeing Montgomery Gentry in concert...my 3rd time seeing them in person as I attended their "My Town" video shoot....
I've never seen Sugarland, Miranda Lambert and Lady Antebellum....I love them all and cannot wait!!!!
The concert is in May...what a way to kick off Summer!!
I have a secret though.....
It's going to be a surprise to Jeff....one he will moan and groan about....haha cause he isn't a big country music fan...but I am going to tell him this can be my Birthday(August) and anniversary(July) gift combined....along with any other holiday this year for all I care....it's going to be a huge PARTY!
In May we will be together 19 years...and in July we will be married 14 of those years......so I think thats worth somethin?
hehehehe.....I am mean to drag my husband to these concerts he don't really enjoy....aren't I?
Not really....cause I go to Tractor Pulls, Monster Truck shows and things of that nature with him *Grin*
Shhhhh....don't tell him but I enjoy those things ...HA!
I just throw that in as an excuse when I want to do something and he doesn't really want to..... "but babe, I go watch sci-fi movies with you, go to Tractor Pulls and Monster Truck shows with you....can't you sit through a country concert with me?" kinda thing....lol
Anyways....it's at an outdoor stadium...and I got field seats....which means a whole lot closer than stadium seats....I hope I am close enough to get some awesome pics!
This will be my first time going to a concert at an outdoor stadium.....I hope I like it....it will be in May....so it shouldn't be too hot or anything....I think it will be awesome....enjoying the concert in the fresh air with the stars above us....kinda romantic too.....
Just wanted to share my exciting news! I have several post to make this weekend....hope ya don't get sick of me :)~
I took a vacation day today....just because....then I remembered the pre-sale was today for the concert....yay! I also have an appt. to get my hair cut and highlighted today....it's about time...I haven't had anything done to my hair since March of last year....I will try to take some pics to share.....

ReplyDeleteAnyway, starting in '05, we see him ever other year. Last you, you might remember, we saw him at Ford Field in Detriot and it was INSANE! We swore we'd never go again. Too many people and we couldn't hear him speak AT ALL! This year he is coming to a smaller venue, and closer, so that is were I will be!!
I've seen all of them but Mont. G and Lady A.

I love an excited wife! Sound great ( and I have no idea what you are talking about, artists that is!) But the excitement is there and that is what counts. He will enjoy your excitement, if nothing else. WE do! good entry, I could feel the anticipation!
