This morning I got up at 6am...went to a garage sale down the street....and bought Jeff a pair of jeans and pair of jean shorts... 2 cute lamps for our nightstands in our bedroom.... my best friends husband a pair of jeans and a wrought iron 2 tier basket thingie...she can use to decorate by adding some greenery and things from hobby lobby... they are building a home and she is looking for new decor and I also got me a cute decorative metal candle holder for the big candles that catch the wax drippings....got it all for $16 The lamps are too cute... I may have to take a pic of my things to share :)
I came home and washed dishes for an hour by hand...I need a dishwasher! I vow to NEVER let my dishes pile up again.... I just hate dishes and dread them and put them off till I get tired of looking at them...lol I have to start making myself wash them as I use them...UGH!
I also washed 2 loads of clothes, made the bed...and here I sit.... my computer was calling my name ...hehe
I rented The house on the left and Obsessed for us to watch tonight... I have heard great things about both movies...can't wait! They may be scary....so I'm gonna cuddle up with my honey so I feel safe *wink*
I woke up this morning to 69 degrees and I am loving it! At noon it was only 71 still.... perfect weather for me.....glad Jeff has a nice cool day to mow.....
Well I guess I better go ahead and clean the rest of the house....maybe get a quick nap in this afternoon so I can stay awake for our movies tonight...

ReplyDeleteWhere do you find boys clothes at a yard sale. Oh yeah I found some once. She had kicked the guy out and was selling his things. That is the only time I have found clothes worth buying for men. Had some good buys on fishing stuff too. LOL

I love the way you garage sale. I mever get in on any good ones. Looking for a single about the size of a bunk bed for this room. Sometimes when I wake so early I lay down for a while and fall asleep on our love seat we have in here. Get up with all kinds of cricks in the neck and legs. I am still measuring about 5'8 inches, maybe a little more but I have shrunk with old age.

ReplyDeleteHi !!! My family and I rented some movies. We did see one of them called "Fragments" with Dakota Fanning and it wasn't all that good. It was just a little too confusing with the movie going back to different parts of the movie. The ending was confusing. I hope you enjoy your movies you rented. Have a good time watching them. The weather here has been really nice the last few days too. I'm starting to feel fall in the air. This morning, it was actually a little chilly with the breeze.
