Patrick Swayze.....

Patrick Swayze Says '2 Years Seems Likely'

Click the link above and watch the video of an interview with Patrick and Barbara Walters....

Gosh...someone hand me the kleenex' please *sniff*

I've always loved Patrick Swayze...Dirty Dancing...Ghost...the list goes on and on...he is a great actor....it saddens me to see him fighting this battle... I am amazed at how well he is doing...and the positive attitude he has...and to have a new Series coming on A&E....all I can say is wow!

My thoughts and prayers remain with Patrick and his family

  1. I watched this when it was on t.v. and you're right..I was reaching for the kleenex..
I too have always admired Patrick Swayze..so sad to watch him just fading away. He seems in good spirits and is determined to win the battle.. I wish him all the strength..

  2. It does suck, doesn't it?
We grew up watching Patrick in Dirty Dancing and Ghost. He's not even that old.

    It's incredibly sad.

But he needs to quit smoking, dammit! He's not helping himself any by continuing to smoke.

I need to watch that interview...I missed it on TV. :(

  4. Being on dial up it would take 2 hours for the video to load. I wish I could hear it. I've always liked Patricks movies. When I have time to let the video load I intend to watch the interview. I hate cancer!

  5. Terri when I saw Patrick on the interview I just
knew what was ahead. Then when he was hospitalized I was thinking and going over the
times with Jim battling cancer. It sure its
home. He look so pale and thin. I hate cancer.
I could see the road ahead that I had traveled.

  6. I started to watch the interview but, found it difficult. My dad was a fighter like he is. However, I saw that he looked so thin and so pale as I remember seeing my dad. It was just to hard to watch. I do wish he would give up smoking - I'm sure it would help his fight for life.

Keeping him and his family in my prayers.
