Short and sweet...

I had good intentions of finishing up cleaning my closet this weekend....did I so much as look at it? Nope

Still halfway done...I will finish eventually....

Yesterday afternoon about 5pm my aunt called and asked if Jeff and I wanted to go to Cheddars last night with her and my uncle...their treat....

We already had BBQ chicken in the oven and the sides made to go with it....my aunt said put it away and eat it tomorrow...lol So I talked to Jeff about it...and he said tell them we will go....but we're buying our own meal...

I told her the chicken had 20 more minutes to bake and in the meantime we would get ready and we would all meet around 6pm.... it was so crowded...we waited about 35mins which wasn't too bad for as crowded as they were....

Since we had planned to buy our own I got a $12 meal and Jeff got a $16 meal and Jeff drank 3 Coors Lights...it was the first time my aunt and uncle had been there....we had told them how good it was....when the waitress came to the table to ask if it was gonna be 2 seperate bills(Jeff was in the restroom)...I said yes...and my uncle said no.... the waitress looked at me and I said yes again...and my uncle looked at her and said "We got it"....so when she walked away they told me they had planned on buying Jeff a Texas Roadhouse giftcard anyways for some work he had done for them....so when Jeff came back from the restroom we were all giggling...and he said "What?" ....we said ....oh nothing...

The waitress then brought out the one bill and Jeff said "Hey we're paying for ours"...they then told him what they had planned to do anyways....and we said at least let us pay for Jeff's beers....which was $9 My uncle said...."I tell ya what, you can pay for the tip".....We said okay....and told them how much we appreciated it.

We feel bad though, cause if we had known they really were going to buy we would have ate something cheaper....

Jeff said when we go out with them again... We are buying..lol

Yesterday morning...my same aunt called and asked if I worked this weekend and was inviting all of us to come to my grandads for a family breakfast this morning at 8:30am....she was doing all the cooking.... I said sure...sounds good to me... I feel bad going empty handed anywhere...so I brought some drinks and chocolate milk....

Everyone that could gathered at my Grandads this morning for breakfast...it was all adults....and my aunt told my grandad "Dad, this is the first time we have ate breakfast as a family since we were kids".... he said I just love it! He was so happy...and everyone really enjoyed it.

I hope we do it more often....I know my aunt had to work her booty off cooking this morning but she said she couldn't wait to do it....she loved cooking for everyone ...we had

• biscuits
• gravy
• sausage
• taters
• coffee cake
• orange juice
• chocolate milk
• coffee
• cokes

I didn't sleep in much this weekend....so I think I am gonna get off here and go lay down and watch some tv and relax
