Hey everyone....
My grandad was admitted to the hospital this morning, he is losing blood and they aren't sure from where just yet....They have given him 2 units of blood this afternoon ~ He seems to be doing ok....and looks good...but i am worried. A few entries back I had told you guys he had a colonoscopy done...and that they had found a polyp but the Dr. said it didn't look like anything to be worried about....and yet he is losing blood again...something isn't right.... UGH! They are keeping him overnight tonight....as well as tomorrow night....and then sunday they are doing an upper and lower GI(scope)....hopefully this time they will find some answers ! Please keep him in your thoughts.....and prayers
After all he has been through this month(losing his daughter)....my aunt Judy.....and now this..... I hope and pray nothing is seriously wrong....and it is something minor....
My stomach is just in knots......worrying gets ya no where but i just can't help it.....my grandad is very very special to me!

ReplyDeletehoping all works out okay; sometimes people lose blood if they have like a stomach irritation from taking a lot of pain meds that are hard on the stomach.

Terri, I hope whatever is going wrong can be fixed, and pray no one else is taken from you so soon. I can't even think that way now with all you've been through. Prayers are being said!

HUGS, Terri...sending prayers for your Grandpa. It probably isn't anything to worry about. They biopsy polyps when they do a colonoscopy. I know your stomach has to be in knots. Keep the faith...we're all praying for your grandpa's health...Love, Chris
