Bargains...bargains and more bargains...

Hey everyone!

 

My cousin Ashley and I were talking last night about going to garage sales this morning...so Ashley ..her mother(my aunt Linda) and I all met this morning at 6:30 am....to go to garage sales.....and boy did we have a blast!!!!!!

We all spent entirely too much money....but we got tons of stuff.....and really nice name brand stuff too!!!

I spent $150 at the garage sales but loaded up on bargains..... I got:

*Me alot of clothes.....shirts, capris, lounge pants,Pjs

*Jeff alot of shirts, shorts

* A COACH purse....that i LOVE!!!!

* My nieces 2 really nice thick winter coats...for $1.00 and $2.00 each.....and some really cute clothes

* My best friends girls some cute clothes

* A set of JCPenneys curtains....the lady gave $150 dollars for.....I got them for $20....they are really pretty....once I get them washed and up...I may take a pic to share....

* Cute pair of sandals,nice brown leather wallet, Glow by JLo....perfume...new in a box....

I can't think of what all at the moment...there is too much to list.....haha

Anyways.....this is hilarious...you all will think my family and I are a bunch of goofballs....ROFL!!!!

There was a garage sale sign at the end of a street, so we turn down the street and start looking for it....cause we didn't catch the house number...cause my aunt was driving like mad when she seen the garage sale sign....and turned too quick.....haha   So we were looking for the house.....and we saw a house with the garage door up...with lots of clothes racks....and things setting out.....so we stopped and got out and started looking around shopping.....we all had things we were buying....and the guy comes out of the house in the garage....and was like..... Hey....we all said hey....and went on about our business.....and he said....

"Funny thing is, we aren't having our garage sale until next week"

.....we all started dying laughing....and said....OMG we are soooo sorry!!!!  He laughed and said...oh don't worry about it...you guys just keep on looking around....he said some others had stopped earlier in the week when they were trying to set up for the garage sale..... his wife came out too....and she also said....don't worry about it at all..... we all got a big laugh out of it though!!  haha

Jeff said only you all would go in someones garage and shop around....when they wasn't even having a garage sale yet.....ROFL!!!!

Anyways.....thought I would share my bargains with ya'll..... I love garage sale season..... I really need to have another one myself....out with the old...in with the new.....haha  

Another persons junk is another persons treasure!

At work they gave us a coupon for Johnny B's Pizza.....a free medium 2 topping pizza...... so we all went there for lunch.... we got a medium double pepperoni thin crust pizza, breadsticks and water, sweet tea and coke....for $8.60......talk about another bargain!
