Happy Easter...feeling so very blessed

     Happy Easter Everyone!!!

Yesterday was a busy day..we got up pretty early, got ready..and headed out to my hometown about 30 minutes away from where i live now ~ back to the little town i grew up in...we spent the day with my family for Easter at my grandads...my aunts and mom fixed a fabulous lunch...with Turkey, dressing and all the fixins..it was yummy..I brought the drinks and ice..as i am not a great cook by any means...lol..so i thought i would spare them getting sick from any of my so called cookin..hehe ~ We all had a great time visiting !

Before we went to my grandads we went by my aunts house the one who has cancer ~ she could not spend Easter with us as i said in my previous entries...because of her count still being low...so we took her a beautiful vase of peachy/pink colored roses..sorta 2 toned..she met me at the door and said..omg who are those for ..i said...well who else...you... =)  She started to tear up...and just hugged me...i tried to stay strong and not cry...although i wanted to ~ while we were at my grandads she converted my vhs tape of my wedding onto a dvd ~ I love her with all my heart...she and i have always been really close! So anyways..my mom fixed her a couple plates of food while it was still warm and took them to her..she asked me if i would bring her daughter home later cause she knew we would stay longer than her hubby...cause he would wanna get home to be with her so she wouldn't be alone long...so we took my cousin home later that afteroon after we went by the cemetery...i got my grandma a rose to lay by the headstone...I miss her so much!

Then....we battled goin to Walmart..what were we thinking..?..it was a freakin madhouse in there...Jeff had to stay at the end of the Easter aisle while i wedged my way down through there..people were pushin and shovin and cuttin ya off...i was like sheeshh..just get me outta here..lol...I wanted to pick my nephew up something..he is my stepsisters son and i don't get to see them very often..he is 1 and absolutely loves pudding...so i got him a basket..and am putting suckers and pudding in it for him ~ my mom and stepdad are having us all over tonight for supper, i can't wait! Guess that is all the news i have..oh wait...guess what my honey got me for Easter..hehe..a Dale Earnhardt Jr. fishing rod for when we go camping...woowhooo i love it ~ Thank you babe..=)
